I'm really enjoying my crosstraining to lasers. I'm a caldari missile boat with mostly level 4 gun/ship skills for amarr. I would get t3 or a different race of t3 or getting gank skills. Doing missions faster is fun. Variety is fun.

I don't know what you fit your tengu with, but mine was like 900m and I thought I really pimped it out using 4x cn bcu and some gistii b ssb. It has max heavy missile dps, and more than enough tank for any level 4.

Yeah you just orbit something at 2500m if its wreck sized or 500m if its a gate or asteroid. Run one booster and your ab and kill everything. Unless you get webbed(double or more usually) you can tank the whole room easy. And that's in level 4s.

You do get fewer attributes overall if you have everything trained. It amounts to something around 600k sp a year. However, since you get the skillpoints you put in back, it will take 8 years or so for the lower attributes to make a difference.

Most of a mach is the t2 autocannons + faction dmg mods. The tanks are just kinda placeholders for level 4s, esp if you have more than one source of damage. My nightmare uses a t2 tank and its mostly just for show.

If you're dead set on level 3s, I would suggest this: It's got a super tiny explosion radius, cap stable with either one booster and the ab or both boosters, tanks level 4s easy so level 3s would be even easier. Since theres not a lot of BS in lev...
